Hello Everyone! I am looking to hire a new team member who is an expert with real estate sales. We are a company who operates in Investment properties (wholesale, fix and flip, creative financing). We are doing 3-5 deals a month right now and I am looking to expand the team and add another team member that has experience in calling distressed home owners. We are looking for someone who is wanting to learn and grow with a company as we offer incentives as well as growth with the company. We are looking for a Professional closer who has closed multiple wholesale, fix and flip and creative deals. This is hourly and commission based, full time. What we are looking for ; -someone that is coachable, as we will be doing training through the week every week on sales -must speak English well -must be willing to work 6-8 hours a day -must have good internet with backup internet -someone who can take on admin roles and has good leadership -someone who can take initiative and excel in their position -someone with a proven track record and can deliver constant qualified leads to our Acquisition Manager What you will be doing ; – You will be calling leads from sms/ Podio that have been qualified through cold calls – You will be using Podio to manage our data base of leads and your goal is to manage, follow up and ideally get them to the point where they are ready to be closed by our Acq. Manager – You will be calling warm leads converting them to HOT leads or nurturing them – You’ll be doing weekly sales training – You should be hammering the phones with enthusiasm!! This job is not for you if you ; – Not organized because of lead flow – Cant carry conversations over the phone – You are not looking to work for a company who will appreciate you – are managing multiple clients during our work hours, it doesn’t allow for you to be productive – aren’t good with talking to people – are not looking for a long term job with promotional benefits – are not willing to get better and grow – do not speak good English – do not have back up internet – does not care to earn commission and become a great closer Message me a AUDIO recording of you explaining why you would be a good fit for this job.
