Simply put, we’re looking primarily for experts in running and managing Facebook/Google Ads campaigns for Real Estate. —— We DON’T want an agency and aren’t interested in any, just individuals. —— We’re looking for likable freelancers who could potentially come on board and work full-time . However, for the time being, the payment comes per month + per client (looking at a $300 – $400 USD range but let’s talk). The idea is that you’ll be fully immersed within the Tantive company culture. There’s going to be a bit of a vetting process — obviously, we want someone who knows their stuff, but more importantly, you should be enthusiastic and a cool person to work with. We’re going to talk more in-depth when we hop on a call with you. If your cover letter is copy/pasted then you’re probably going to be eliminated immediately — no funny business [unless you’re hired, then we get pretty funny].
