We have a small food distribtion and export business in Jamaica where we provide fresh produce such as sweet potatoes, ginger and cassava. We would like to build capacity by exporting some of these produce as raw material in making chips and other by products. We export 10,000lbs of cassava every year to the US&CA which are used to make cassava chips. We see theere is a growing market for cassava in the US and Canada. So we are wanting to use your services to scale so we can export 100,000 to 200,000lbs of cassava per year by 2022. We would like for you to put together a database of food distributors and companies that would be interested in importing sweet cassava from Jamaica for chips and other by products. We are really interested in making this a long term partnership between us.
