Job details: I am looking for someone that is able to fulfill two tasks on a long-term basis. Task 1 (Customer Support): Full-time customer support during working hours. Wide variety of work, from handling returns to answering questions about products. Must have a fast response time, preferably within a few minutes upon receiving a message. The channels for customer support are Gmail, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages. The latter two require especially fast responses.
