Then this role is for you! Ultiblu is looking for an hourly full-time Travel Concierge dedicated to delivering flawless and personalized customer service to our high-end clientele. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for fulfilling a variety of inbound travel & lifestyle requests via phone, email and/or chat. Success in this role will be defined by the candidate’s ability to create a personalized travel experience in a professional and efficient manner while relying on former experience and a strong understanding both domestic and international travel. The individual most suited for this position will come with knowledge of travel itineraries which include but are not limited to; airline, hotel/resort, car rental, excursions & cruise booking. Elevating the client’s experience through recommendation and an understanding of additional leisure booking experiences in entertainment, events, dining, personal shopping, and other requests will be a key element of this role. The program that supports this high-profile client operates 24/7 – 365 days a year; therefore, we ask that all Travel Specialist / Travel Concierge maintain flexibility in their schedule. Weekends will be required, and current available shifts are during the afternoons and evenings. Overnight opportunity may also be available, if you are interested. Work From Home 5 Days a Week! This is a full-time (5 days/week) work from home opportunity. To be considered eligible to work from home, the candidate selected must be able to satisfy the following requirements: • Must have a private at-home office space (free of noises/distractions) equipped with a desk, ergonomically sound office chair, cross-cut shredder and an entry/exit with a lockable door • Must procure, set up and maintain high speed internet access and a separate basic phone line to be used for work purposes only (Ultiblu will provide this for you) • Must have a smart device to be used for two-factor authentication for login security. Responsibilities for the Concierge • Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner • Greet clients and potential clients warmly and make them feel welcome and attended • Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc. • Anticipate client needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience Qualifications for Concierge • Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential • Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every client feel valued • Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Competency working with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team • Ability to speak a second language is an asset • Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree or some college preferred • Min of 3 years of travel (personal or professional) and/or travel booking experience, both domestic and International required • Passion for geography, global travel, culture, excursions, events and dining • Ability to communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner • Confidence and history of maintaining solid and professional client/partner relationships based on earned trust and results • Proven ability to independently fulfill high profile & fast paced inbound requests and resolve complex situations.
