We are looking for a rock star assistant to join us and help support our growing team. If you are extremely organized, great at multitasking and able to handle highly confidential information, you might be our next employee! Must be able to think on your feet and work at a fast pace. Must have a desire to grow and take on new challenges. Great entry level position for someone looking to grow and expand their careers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Coordinate activities of executives, including, but not limited to: answering and screening phone calls, taking notes in meetings, managing daily schedules, scheduling events and meetings, storing contacts and processing expense reports. -Support social media marketing efforts such as Facebook, Linked In and Twitter posts. -Proof read and edit email for both grammar and flow. -Operate in a supporting role for trade-show related activities that include Product Operations attendance, including travel and event-level activities (hotel or booth space, food service and catering, signage, AP filing, etc.) Qualifications: -Generally proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive. -Good communication skills both written (including grammar and spelling) and oral. -Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and tact. -Self-driven, motivated and accountable even without daily direct supervision. -Effective at managing a steady volume of detail-oriented work with a sense of immediacy. -Flexible schedule capability, overtime as needed. -Interest in Technology a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
