About us: Quartz Events is an executive events company based in the California and with an office in the UK. With the current situation surrounding COVID-19, we’re moving our events to be virtual. Job details: We’re looking for a virtual assistant to support our team with scheduling, calendar management and data entry for 3 Virtual Events through sending out Outlook invites. We need an individual who is able to multi-task and make sure that all new invites that are added to our google doc to be sent out, are sent in a timely manner to assure attendee attendance for our Virtual Summits. The process will include sending out 3 calendar invites for each attendee through Outlook to a total of 300-500 attendees to reserve set times on their calendars. We will provide the time slots, attendee information and messaging. – Must be able to work US hours, specifically PST as we are located in California -Deliverables include scheduling Outlook invites, managing 3 event calendars, updating 3 event google doc tracking sheets and data entry – Excel at communication skills via email and has urgency to get the job done – Experience with Microsoft Outlook and using calendars within Outlook is absolutely required -This job is essential to the success of the events and each task is time sensitive Share a brief summary of relevant experience in your proposal.
