We are a new housing association and we have £100m per year to purchase properties from housebuilders. We want to reach out to housebuilders and ask them what developments that they have to sell. I already have a list of 3000 housebuilders and all of their contact details (6000+ contacts). I have already designed a good email, but i need to understand a way to get the email and our brochure as an attachment out to the correct people and to properly monitor and keep track of responses. I am open to being taught best practice in this area as it will effectively be email marketing/ crm management.
