This is a sales role for Rising Heights Properties. The organization is selling investment opportunities. Your role is to generate valuable leads and close on each of those leads. Customers to the opportunity to purchase investment packages. Cost Return Rate Package 1 $2,000 0.20% Package 2 $5,000 1.00% Package 3 $10,000 2.20% Package 4 $50,000 2.60% Package 5 $100,000 2.70% Focus on selling Package 1 & Package 2 – these will be the easiest to sell The customer will buy the package and will be paid principal plus interest every month, generating passive income. Requirements: You will need to generate 450 valuable leads that you think you can land – the target audience is individuals that are looking to make financial investments. they could be interested in penny stocks or they want to make passive income. You will need to sell 150 packages between Package 1 and Package 2. This will be broken up between 3 weeks.
