Job description Job Description Looking for an amazing job opportunity with a dynamic real estate team? Position: Lead Nurturer/Appointment Setter-Inside Sales. Licensed real estate agent or real estate experience preferred, but not required to start. This is a full-time position. This position will be responsible for nurturing sales leads from our website and converting them into appointments. In this role, you will be spending the majority of your day on the phone reaching out and conversing with potential clients. You will be expected to build rapport, uncover clients’ real estate needs, set and close appointments. You will also be expected to meet and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly goals as well as follow scripts and dialogues. The ideal candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal oriented, maintains high energy, has a positive attitude, seeks feedback, and can interact within a professional team environment. Responsibilities: • Initiate sales calls for outbound leads & reach out immediately for inbound leads • Be comfortable on the phone the majority of your day • Track your daily/weekly numbers • Work collectively with the Sales Team to guarantee top performance • Give clients the highest level of customer service • Role play, learn and internalize necessary scripts • Extremely strong phone skills: high energy, friendly tone, able to set appointments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Industry knowledge or the ability to learn • Ability to develop rapport in a short amount of time with potential clients • Desire to meet and exceed set goals • Inside or outside sales skill experience is highly desired but not a requirement MUST WORK WELL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT & TAKE OWNERSHIP IN TRACKING/MEASURING RESULTS We provide our team with: The best lead management & CRM programs A support team of other ISA’s Highly competitive pay structure based on performance Opportunity for Advancement Salary plus performance base commission
