Job description Job Description Looking for an amazing job opportunity with a dynamic real estate team? Position: Lead Nurturer/Appointment Setter-Inside Sales. Licensed real estate agent or real estate experience preferred, but not required to start. This is a full-time position. This position will be responsible for nurturing sales leads from our website and converting them into appointments. In this role, you will be spending the majority of your day on the phone reaching out and conversing with potential clients. You will be expected to build rapport, uncover clients’ real estate needs, set and close appointments. You will also be expected to meet and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly goals as well as follow scripts and dialogues. The ideal candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal oriented, maintains high energy, has a positive attitude, seeks feedback, and can interact within a professional team environment.
