Needs to hire 15 Freelancers We are looking to hire transcribers, who speak Italian fluently. You would join us in a transcription project analyzing call center conversation audio. The audio recordings will be used to develop and improve voice recognition technology. Transcribers will use our own app/platform to execute the given tasks and will be provided the guidelines, workflow and quality expectations. Your task is to transcribe call center conversations audio segments and/or check the quality according to our requirements. Previous experience in transcription is an asset, but not mandatory. The work is flexible and remote, however we would appreciate a commitment for at least 15 hours/week for one month as minimum. **RESPONSABILITIES: – Transcribing audio segments of call center conversations between 2 speakers. – Applying the given guidelines for transcription to meet the quality expectations – Listening to samples of the transcribed call center data to ensure audio meets the requirements. – Occasionally provide more detailed feedback on transcription to possibly improve work flow, quality and team performance **REQUIREMENTS: – Starting as soon as possible – Previous experience with transcription is an asset – Language requirements: Proficient English for work communication, fluent in Italian – Weekly workload is expected to be around 20-30 hours – Minimum commitment should be 15 hours/week – You are free to plan your schedule as it fits, as long as you meet your weekly commitment We look forward to working with you soon!
