The Virtual Assistant (VA) will be required to follow instructions to research, compile and organize all relevant real estate data needed to close wholesale real estate deals within a given territory. Each lead that the VA successfully closes with an executed contract using our mathematical offer formulas will result in a project completion payout. All VA’s will be considered contractual and in a permanent non-employee status. This position is flat rate compensated with the goal to consistently gain new leads and close contracts with sellers and buyers in a given territory.
