Shine Resourcing is a specialist recruitment agency who place recruitment consultants into other agencies. We are very busy right now as in Australia all of our clients are looking for more recruiters!! This role involves maintaining a high level of candidate engagement on Linkedin. Sending out scripted info and introductions. Using Linkedin recruiter. Making sure we are following up on all engagement and adding contact details and email addresses into the database for our email marketing activity !! RESPONSIBILIIES: – Using Linkedin to reach out to agency recruitment consultants to introduce Shine Resourcing and different roles that we have – Making sure each responder to our outreach is followed up with in a timely manner and their details are put in the database – Thinking strategically and learning as quickly as possible what a good agency recruiter looks like on paper – Having great attention to detail: No recruiter that works for an agency that is a Shine client should ever be contacted! There is a lot to learn and this is a strategic recruitment and headhunting resourcer role, not a transactional role. But it is very rewarding when a great candidate is found and I will offer bonuses when you have assisted in any placement.
