We’re a digital marketing agency with 10 staff and are looking to outsource various tasks for our clients. We are scaling up at the moment, and have a good flow of customers. We just need assistance with delivering some elements of the services so that we can focus on the more complex elements internally. Ideally, we are looking for an agency with a minimum of 5-10 staff, small enough to prioritize our needs, but large enough to be able to have a decent management infrastructure and reliable employees. Your agency will need to have: *Good treatment of your staff *Decent staff retention *Practical training and support for staff *Focus on high-quality output – not speed over substance *Supervisory managers who check work before it’s submitted to us for payment *High emphasis on confidentiality *Dedication to integrity and ethics -never contacting our clients directly *Ability to scale up when we are really busy *RELIABLE! *COVID plans/procedures for your staff so you have continuity *A VA Agency that can work with us for the longterm, and can deliver with a spirit of excellence. We usually need a turnaround on tasks of less than 2-3 days, some less, some more – it depends. Typical jobs will be to do some research, put together reports/presentations, compile lists, analyze social media campaigns, etc. We have full training and a defined process to do the work, we just need a reliable agency who has great staff who can do the work and will be paid for each delivered element. **THE CONTRACT VALUE** * We will pay around $5.00 – $50 per task depending on what needs to be done. * Average tasks take 1-3 hours to complete. * More complex tasks are paid the upper end of the per task fee. * We don’t pay hourly. **Your staff MUST!!!!..** * Have great conversational English and be able to understand and follow instructions * Good grammar and written skills * Be computer savvy and able to learn new programs easily so they can do our tasks * You need to have excellent communication skills * Attention to detail * Researching online * Data entry * General admin tasks * Social media skills (Particularly on Twitter) We will provide training – so we need to know that you will allow employees to work on our project who are reliable and NOT flaky, so that we don’t have to keep training new people often. They should be honest, communicative, punctual, and most importantly… have integrity, are willing to learn, and are open to trying new things.
