We are looking for an experienced and extremely detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who has an excellent multi-tasking ability, computer savvy, quick, and have a strong passion to provide great customer service. TASK: The task will vary from time to time which include: virtual assistance, admin support, web research, database administration, data mining and analysis, data entry, making phone calls, customer service, social media marketing, and the like. QUALIFICATIONS: – Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia – Ability to speak & write in English – Computer savvy, especially with Excel & PowerPoint – Familiar with WordPress platform – Excellent multi-tasking ability – Quick response time – A high attention to details backed by passion – Ability to adapt easily to my client’s demands – Eagerness to learn new things along the way – Have creativity & be able to think outside the box – Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision – Familiar with social media marketing (FB, Tiktok, IG, Youtube) This will be a long term assignment.
