We are looking to hire a customer service representative who loves working with people and proactively solving issues. You will be helping customers place orders and following up to help many aspects of the orders. Responsibilities; -Communicate with customers via phone and email. -Place or cancel orders -Keep records of the orders and customer details -Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint -Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction To be considered for this position, you must; -have at least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience -Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills -Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work -Great work ethic
