This is a full-time, permanent position. As a maintenance coordinator you will be responsible for communicating with tenants, vendors, owners, and fellow staff members. As this is a full-time position, it is not permitted to work on other jobs at the same time. This position requires quick responses to all work orders and continuous follow up with each tenant, vendor, and owner to make sure the work was done in a timely and professional manner. No maintenance experience is needed, just the ability to communicate professionally and quickly by phone, text, and email.
