Match data between two google sheets, Karachi

I have two google sheets with contact data – one large, which lacks activity data for each contact, and one small, with activity data. The small contact list is contained within the large, and i need to have those contacts matched to the large list, so their activity carries over. The large list will then become the master list. For an experienced person, this will take probably 30 minutes or so.
