Work remotely at home for a mortgage company in the San Francisco/Bay area. We are looking for semi experienced loan processor work remotely at home and handle daily task from 9Am-5Pm Pacific Standard time in usa time zone. Task includes make sure Loan Officers send a complete loan application including all qualification docs for lenders . Double check everything is correct and on checklist before upload to lender system. Follow up on a daily basis on each file with lender and after approval take care conditions with title and provide a list for Loan Officer to take care broker conditions with their clients. Send reminder on timeline and follow up on docs requested to 3rd parties.
