We are a small mortgage company located in Colorado. We are looking for a virtual assistant that can help us review documents and place online orders related to the mortgage process. This person will be in charge of communicating with the Borrower and other 3rd parties to collect all of the needed documentation. This person should be familiar with USA financial documents such as tax returns, W2s, bank statements, etc. This job will consist of reviewing these documents as they come in and either accepting or rejecting those documents. You will also be in charge of placing online orders for things like title work, appraisals, insurance, etc. This person must be very articulate both on the phone and in email format. All of your work will be done virtually so phone and typing skills are a must. This person must be available to work from 9am – 12pm MST Monday – Friday (part time). Duties and Responsibilities: – Follow up with Borrowers and other 3rd parties to ensure they submit their documents in a timely manner. – To review their documents as they come in and either accept or reject those documents. – Order other 3rd party services via online forms such as title work, appraisals, insurance, etc. – Must be available to work from 9am – 12pm MST (Colorado) Monday – Friday. Qualifications: Must have a quite (no kids or loud animals) home officer during work hours. Must have high speed internet, modern computer and a cell phone. Must be very articulate/professional both on the phone and in email format. Must be tech savvy and be able to navigate the internet efficiently. Must be familiar with financial documents tax returns, W2s, bank statements, etc. Mortgage or real estate experience is a plus but not required. College degree is a plus but not required.
