Asseco Poland seeks research support on mobile credit processes. The task is to record and submit a screen recording showing the steps in the cash loan process on a smartphone banking app. Deadline for submission of the recording – as soon as possible, no later than 13th of April 2021 Asseco Poland is the largest Polish IT company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We are present in 60 countries worldwide and employ over 28,000 people.   Manual for loan application process recording The end result is a screen recording of the full loan application process, transferred as a video file (with translation if necessary), for the following banks: Kakao Bank, South Korea The required loan parameters (amount & duration) are: 1 million KRW and 1 year (or other minimum amount set by the bank) The analysed loan application process refers to a standard credit application, the analysis does not cover the "preapproved offers" – situations when the bank has made a preliminary decision to grant a loan before the customer has filled in a simplified credit application (e.g. "you can get an amount of up to X XXX EUR without any paperwork" – communication from the bank about the possibility to incur a loan of a certain amount in a simplified way, addressed to a specific customer) The loan application must be completed on a smartphone using bank’s dedicated mobile application, downloaded from the Google Play or Apple Store, in the most recent version of the application available The video must be taken using the English language version of the mobile application. If such language version is not available – full translation to English needs to be provided as part of the deliverables The recording of the phone screen should be made using the tools integrated in smartphone’s operating system – Android – iOS Completed loan application process begins with a login screen to the mobile application and ends with the disbursement of funds to the account It is necessary for the recording to include all the steps of the process – every button and every link should be clicked or opened, including those which are not mandatory to continue the process (links to documents or the full content of consents, loan amount modification after credit decision, etc.) – in case the alternative is not suitable for the applicant, the optional screen should be shown and then the applicant should go back to the previous step and continue the process along the standard path In case of input fields containing a closed list of answers to be filled in by the applicant, the applicant should scroll the list from the beginning to the end in order to show all the options available to choose from If the application allows the applicant to download documents attached to the loan application (the content of approvals, agreement template, etc.), all documents must be saved and provided together with the recorded video file; if this is not possible, the applicant should scroll through each document from the beginning to the end, stopping the screen so that the whole document can be read in parts after pausing the recorded video In the case of process breaks (e.g. waiting for a credit decision), the recording should also contain a notification to continue the application
