Needs to hire 3 Freelancers ——————————– What I need or require: ——————————– Our Creative Department is expanding our team and hiring a Social Media Lead Researcher. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to: – Look for models / influencers online. (Mainly on Instagram, maybe on Youtube). – Report your daily findings in a spreadsheet. – Pass this info to your project manager. To begin, this will be 8-10 hours a week. With demonstrated performance, we can discuss expanding you up to more hours. ————————————————– What I am going to provide (input) ————————————————– – Training on our specific approach & workflows to finding the right models for our targeted audience. —————————————– What I need from you (output) —————————————– – You are expected to deliver great model leads, around 20 a day per brand. (2-3 brands). – You must be able to learn and consistently follow our project management processes. Good collaboration is key. ————————————— COMMUNICATION STYLE ————————————— – We use Asana to manage all our work. You must be able to follow our guidelines for using it, so we can all be fast and organized – You’ll be added to our Slack Room and we expect you to provide daily progress updates (we have a template for you to use). Depending on your role these updates might be daily/every "x" days/or weekly. – You must be fluent or native in English.
