Hello, We are non-profit clothing brand based in Manila that develops small batch collections in collaboration with leading influencers and third party brands. We are looking for a highly experienced, detail oriented, and dynamic individual to assist with establishing and maintaining relationships with key vendors for our operations. We are looking for an experienced operations and research assistant to work intimately with the team to help set up our operations. You will be responsible for everything from finding the right vendors to sourcing the raw material to overseeing production and shipment to customers. You can find our social media here: https://www.instagram.com/austerwip/ Example of the tasks: – Find the right vendors for sourcing fabric and materials as well as fulfilment companies and delivery vendors ( e.g. "find a t-shirt vendor who can screen print our design on 30 shirts) -liaison with 3PL providers to ensure the product is delivered to our customers (e.g. package coordinate shipment to our customers in manila) – Ensure shopify connects with our 3PL provider For our last campaign, we had to source a vendor for apparel, packaging, thank you cards, and accessories. The next step was to receive all the items in a centralised location and assemble the the package with all the items inside. Once a customer purchased the product from our shopify store, we have to work with a delivery provider to ship the product to our customer.
