Spa Wellness Consulting is a boutique consultancy company that is based in Melbourne, Australia. Our clients include hotels and resorts, day spas, retreats and a variety of other spa, beauty and wellness centric concepts. Our in-depth knowledge of luxury wellness and hospitality is supported by a passion for creating beautiful business concepts underpinned by operational excellence. We provide a full suite of services that help clients through the planning, pre-opening and operational phases of their project. If you’re seeking a job with routine tasks and a fixed scope, this is not the job for you! I’m looking for a strong all-rounder who will be my ‘right hand person’ to help me get work done. This means that you’ll be involved in every aspect of the work that I do. Your primary responsibility will be organizing the workflow to ensure that priorities are on track. You’ll be proactively taking admin and project management tasks off my hands. This role is 30 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours during more intense periods of work. Working hours are ideally from 11am to 5pm AEST daily, Monday to Friday.
