We’re an emerging brand, selling sports and fitness-related products on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify marketplaces. Our mission is to help our customers find the right product to improve their health and lifestyle. We’re looking for an experienced detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for our eCommerce stores, having good command in English communication, Google sheets and other data entry work, etc. Responsibilities will include: * Providing excellent Customer Support via phone and chat/email. * Processing Orders, Tracking, and reporting. * Process Shopify orders accurately. * Customer data verification (Name, Address, Contact, Order ID, etc.) * Accurately enter Order information in our CRM. * Updating Order status, Manage invoices, and other related tasks. * Managing Returns and Refunds. * Communicate with suppliers via chat and email for inventory reimbursement. * Other day-to-day admin tasks. A person with past experience would be preferred this job role. So if you’ve any past experience in Order Management and Customer Support, please do share with us along with attachments. Note: Firstly, a candidate would be hired on a trial period of few weeks to see his/her performance, and then would be considered for long-term service, depending on his performance with 10% raise in the package.
