***Please read the entire post before applying or your application will be ignored*** Hi, We are a design and manufacturing agency and we are looking for someone to assist with entering our orders into the system. You would receive order instructions and you would enter the order details into Quickbooks/Salesforce. We use Salesforce for everything and that is the system you would enter the orders into. We can show you how to use the system but it would be good if you were familiar with basic order processing procedures or accounting – for example you should know what an S.O. is, what a P.O. is, etc. You must be available from 8-5(PST) as we are located in California and we must be able to communicate with you throughout the day.
