Seeking a competent, professional individual to assist in managing social media content, and day to day admin tasks for my Property / Real Estate Business called ‘Top Property Club’ (TPC). This business focuses on sourcing (finding a property on or off market) and packaging (managing the legal process + refurbishment) for INVESTORS. The applicant must be able to show an understanding of the UK property market and be able to create engaging social media posts around this! This will include Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as a priority. The successful candidate will be able to generate traffic / leads to the Top Property Club Facebook page, and filter the leads that will be generated through Podio. *The successful applicant must be familiar with Podio*. Other responsibilities may include sending letters, analysing an area to invest and ringing estate agents on my behalf. For this reason, I am looking for an individual who is fluent with English. The job role will adapt and begin on a part time basis, with the possibility of hours increasing after a successful partnership has been formed with myself.
