With our own propriety, web-based platform, we are a provider of pay-as-you-go workers’ compensation premium billing and administration solutions. Our partners and customers include many of the leading insurance companies, agencies, payroll vendors and premium finance companies in USA. We are seeking a dedicated, organized Payroll Entry Specialist to join our growing organization. In this position, you will quickly and accurately transfer payroll data from a variety of sources, including written and recorded reports into our web-based platform. You must be able to be comfortable working independently with large amounts of numerical and written data. Payroll Entry Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: · Enter payroll data into appropriate fields; web-based platform, Excel templates, and files. · Transfer data from written records (spreadsheets, pdf’s) and paper formats via email and on-line payroll systems. · Handle numerical data accurately and efficiently. · Comply with information security policies and procedures for handling sensitive information. · Summarizing and compiling data for standardized reports. · View and verifying confidential or private customer/client information. · Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation. · Organizing large volume of emails/client correspondence. Payroll Entry Specialist Requirements and Qualifications: · High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration or related field. · Two years previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field. · Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets. · Strong attention to detail. · Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience with 10-key. · Payroll experience desirable.
