We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting/bookkeeping professional to organize the financials of a high network individual. Responsibilities will include reconciling their personal financials similar to how a business would. This includes updating the personal financial statement (Balance sheet) monthly, as well as assisting with cash flow planning, month-to-month budgeting and planning, spending analysis, and financial modeling for opportunities (for example, analyzing the impact of buying a rental property on cash flows). The selected candidate must be very detail-oriented, communicate effectively, and always get the task done one time. Since no formal structure is in place, we expect that candidate will help set up the structure, as well as the working process (SOPS) for how to manage the personal financials accurately. Financials can be kept in Google Sheets, or software can be used such as Quickbooks should it make sense.
