About us: I am a consultant that works across a variety of organisations and I would like some support in managing and scheduling my activity. This role may also expand to inbox management and document preparation. There may also be occasional data entry tasks and other administrative tasks that pop up from time to time. We’re looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 8 hours per week. The work will include the following: – Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar – Inbox management – Appointment setting – Some document preparation Skills required: – Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat – Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar – Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office basic applications In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience with similar clients, including a one-minute audio self-introduction.
