We are looking for a personal / virtual assistant to work with our young dynamic electrical company based on the Central Coast of Australia. We are a young driven team who ultimately seeks to impress our customers by being friendly, super skilled professionals, not just electricians. You will be responsible for maintaining and organising our database and job management applications we use daily to operate our company. You will assist Andrew with organising his day to day activities. Some of the tasks and applications will be. – Email management – Asana Management – SimPRO management – General data entry and administration – Social media content creation, using Canva – Xero accounting reconciliation, rule creation, receipt data entry – Email and sms marketing – Lead generation – Follow up quotes and overdue invoices – Scheduling jobs for our technicians What we expect from you? You’ll need to be a team player, our mission is to provide the best service to our customers, so we’re constantly learning from each other and coming up with ways to improve our service. It’s an exciting team and your contribution will be welcomed. What skills will be required? Communication Skills – You will need to be able to speak with co workers, suppliers and customers on a regular basis and maintain positive working relationships. You will need to be verbally articulate and able to demonstrate excellent and accurate written skills Organisational skills Problem solving skills The ability to multi task – Changing priorities with critical deadlines Strong computer skills and critical proficiency Fluent in English with no discernible accent Attention to detail is essential For this role, we will need someone who has excellent english speaking, literacy and comprehension.
