We are looking for a confident candidate that has significant previous experience with cold-calling. We would really prefer somebody that has previously done some calling related to real estate (if you have a lot of other cold-calling experience we still might consider you for the position). We would like you to be relatable to people and be able to go beyond the introductory "robot" type cold-calls that many of us receive on a daily basis. In this case you will be calling off of a provided spreadsheet looking for people willing to sell their properties for cash or bring us in to find buyers for their property. Once you’ve found someone that is interested in selling we will take over the lead and move things forward. We are open to an hourly rate or a per deal commission (or a combination of the two). We provide training specific to our work and likely will pay for a monthly cell phone contract for you to use. You will need a computer, good internet, and a larger size monitor or tv would also make things easier. Initially we are looking for somebody to call about 10 hours per week over several different days and the possibility for more hours is always on the table. We are looking for this to be long-term in nature. If you are good at this the opportunity to earn substantial money is right in front of you. Please inquire to discuss things further. A couple additional items of note. We are not looking for an agency type situation. We want to work with the person who is going to be doing the calling and develop the relationship over time so we both end up making more money. We also need somebody with time flexibility. Although the number of hours spent calling would be around 10 per week this is going to work best if you have some combination of mornings, late afternoon to early evenings, and even some time on Saturdays available. (We are located in the Central time zone where most of the calls will be going to.)
