Are you passionate in assisting customers with a clear and concise information and solutions? We need someone who is an expert in providing customer support. About the Job: If hired, you will be joining the PSA (Phone Support Agent) Team and take inbound calls to address inquiries and inform customers how to address their concerns. The job would require your commitment, and the working hours change every week. There will be weekly bidding for the schedule. During the onboarding and training phase, the schedule might be different than the actual shift. You will also be working with a team and will be reporting to deputy team leaders. Roles and Responsibilities: – Answer inbound calls and provide the best resolution for a lasting customer experience. – Make outbound calls to confirm orders placed by the customers. – Leave proper documentation on all calls made and/or received. – Identify and assess customer queries for escalated situations. – Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures. Job Requirements: • At least 2 years of total experience making outbound calls and taking inbound calls. • Strong, polished Customer Service skills. • Strong work ethics and team collaboration skills • Excellent English oral communication with little to no accent. • Ability to adhere to company and product policies. • Ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures. • Ability to pay strict attention to detail. • Available to work on a changing shift.
