We are looking for a fantastic new Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. Our company is a global business that serves female entrepreneurs in creating their business. Our mission is to support women in creating a holistic and soul driven approach to their business. To be successful for this role you MUST be: – Available during business hours (10am-6pm Monday- Friday Aus Time) – Great Communicator – Willing to be part of a team but also able to work solo and unsupervised – Connected to the above mission and committed to our clients and the big vision of our company. – Willing to be trained and participate in team meetings once a month. – Fast and efficient (able to get quality work done fast and adapt to your varying tasks) Your Tasks will include: – Video Editing – Creating Graphics in Canva (following a brief) – Data Entry and Google Drive management – Email scheduling – Customer Support and Facebook group management GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT PERSON. Ideally you will have experience using: -ClickUp – Kajabi – Facebook Ads – Canva – Video editing software If not, you are willing to learn (fast) with our support. This job will start on a trial basis of about 10 hours a week and will increase to 30-40 for the right candidate.
