I am looking for someone to research and create a spreadsheet for property owners in Indiana. Experience of using GIS websites and entity search is a must. Knowledge of commercial and retail real estate is a positive. I have approximately 750 properties I would like to have ownership verified but will start with 50 all in one city. Pay structure can be per project or hourly. Would like to find one individual I can use for all my research and database needs.
