About us: We are a growing construction company who provides repair and maintenance services to commercial clients primarily in the northeast and southeastern states. We need freelance bookkeeper/accountant expertise in accounts receivable and payables, along with tax filings at the end of the year. It would be nice if you were proficient in Service Channel (SC)software application, which makes up 70% of the administrative workload. Accepting Work Orders (WO), keeping up with notes in SC, attaching invoicing in SC, billing through SC, and attaching pics in SC. Willing to teach the right highly motivated person. Would also be nice if proficient in Paychex, who is our payroll specialist. Services and deliverables: – Send invoices and keep track of monthly accounts receivable – Write checks to vendors and other accounts payable – Reconcile accounts on a daily/weekly bases
