Looking for someone that can search through the county records online for real estate leads such as; Divorce, Probate, Tax Delinquent, Evictions, and etc for specific zip codes. Complie these list into an excel spreadsheet with property owner name, address, and source effective date. These list will then be uploaded to Property management tool for the purpose of Stacking the list to identify highly motivated sellers. Needs to be able to complete atleast 200 records a day.
