There are two portions of this role a. Acquisitions – This role is to call back leads that have requested an offer from our company, and do the following. – Build Rapport – Gauge motivation – Obtain Information – You will be required to enter the information into our CRM, and follow up as necessary. B. Disposition – This role is to call back leads that are interested in properties we have for sale, and do the following: – Build rapport – Provide them information on the property which is one our website – Discuss how much they can pay for the property. – All of this needs to be recorded in our CRM. – Please put "purple elephant" as the first words in your reply, so that i know you read the post.
