Hello, We are looking for a part time Real Estate Bookkeeper to handle our weekly bookkeeping needs. We are an investment company with traditional & investment sales involved along with property management bookkeeping needs. We need on a weekly basis deliver the following: – Enter weekly transactions into Quickbooks Online – Balance weekly Project Rehab Escrow Balances – Balance weekly Lender Draw Balances – Balance weekly Promissory Notes – Update our Balance Sheet Monthly – Monthly Bank Reconciliations – Accounts Receivable – Accounts Payable – Business Budgeting – Project Budgeting – Ordering Material If you are applying for this role that means you have previous job experience handling bookkeeping needs for other real estate professionals.
