NC Preferred Homebuyers is a growing real estate investment company based out of North Carolina. We are seeking loyal and dedicated team members that can help grow with our business. This is a long-term role and can grow into more with time and proving effectiveness. *This is a 25 hour/week position *To Start* and must be your sole job to qualify *Must be trustworthy, loyal, and motivated *Call property owners to ask if they are interested in selling their property, timeline, condition, motivation, and other factors. *Utilize our dial system to prospect *Take effective notes on conversations and add leads to the CRM using our custom podio weblink *Communicate effectively with the manager *We are looking for a capable and pleasant phone prospector. This person must be fluent in english with little-to-no accent. They must know how to use technology well, easily trainable with our web-based phone system. They must have customer service or sales personality and experience. Someone who is capable of speaking with a lot of people and staying motivated through all of the rejection on a daily basis. Someone who communicates effectively with their manager- to discuss progress, issues, questions. This person must be dedicated, motivated, and willing to be coached. This person should be able to generate about 1 ‘Warm Lead’ per hour of prospecting. *Our company deals with homeowners/ property owners who may be in distressed situations. We are trying to find out if they are interested in selling, how much they want to sell for, and when. Most people will not be interested, so you must be comfortable with rejection and able to persevere with a good attitude.
