Looking for somebody to cold call motivated sellers who is able to speak fluent english and have a neutral accent. I also need them to be able to follow my script but still be able to respond on the fly (declining to make offer will be in the script). If needed you must be able to strike up genuine conversation with them. I am willing to pay $500 per lead (I can sign a contract to ensure I hold my end of the bargain) but am open to all other forms of payment. I need them to cold call 100 people a day and enter the information in a CRM.
