We are A1 Home Offers — a real estate investment company based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. We buy houses that are beat up, and sometimes help homeowners out of situations like pre-foreclosure, those who might have fallen behind on taxes, and people who have lost a loved one and have unexpectedly inherited a home. We buy these houses, completely renovate them from top to bottom, and revitalize neighborhoods one house at a time. Sometimes, it’s tough to get in touch with these homeowners. The main way we contact these people is through telemarketing (cold calls). TASK NEEDED: I need someone that has the ability to focus intently. The job will be to conduct research to find the correct homeowners or representatives and extract accurate phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses as well as sometimes finding additional family members and their phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses as well. We have a system to get it done and software to use as tools, paid for by us apart from your salary. We will pay: $5.50/hour for 30 hours per week + bonus to extract this data and become a lead manager for the A1 Team! The bonuses will be $500 for every lead that you provide data for, that we successfully contact and get an agreement with to buy their house.
