I have a new project that would require a couple of people from your team I believe. We need someone to help us with offer preparation prior to our submission and presentation to sellers. We get about 80 offer requests per day from a client and they send a contract but the contract is often missing sometimes to create a complete offer. I would need your team to create complete offers fus in within 30 mins of the request for an offer. I had my team to put together some videos of what they do. It taking him about 15 mins per file right now but he can’t keep up. Frankly speed to offer is a key to our success.
