Monthly bookkeeping needed for real estate investment business. You will need to transfer the profit and loss data from 2 property management companies for 5 buildings, various bank statements, and one-off invoices/receipts into Quickbooks Online. Most entries are made via an excel import with some manual entries. All data will already be saved for you in a shared folder. Must be proficient with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel. Most of the assets are in MA, so local knowledge is preferred. Must have references in a related field.
