About us: Generous Property is a growing boutique Real Estate Brokerage in southwest Florida specializing in residential real estate. We provide professional concierge service to our clients. We’re looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately {10-20} hours per week. The work will include the following: – Contract Quality Control Review all documentation for necessary signatures and/or initials by all parties and dates, notifying agents of any errors and omissions. – Communicate Accurate Timelines Compile and communicate a complete timeline of important dates and deadlines set forth in the Sales Contract. Notify contacts 2 business days prior to each deadline. – Deposit Scheduling & Delivery Coordinate pick-up and delivery of escrow funds to closing agent, and coordinate delivery or wire instructions. – Letters of Introduction Reach out to all parties with introduction letters. – Homeowner’s & Condominium Association Requirements Identify governing homeowner and condominium associations to confirm whether membership approval is required. – Coordinate Escrow Obtain completed sign Escrow Deposit Receipts and file copies of completed signed Escrow Deposit Receipts by the Closing Agent of the initial and/or additional deposit funds. – Project Management Manage and maintain paperless system (AppFiles, Dotloop) – Open Communication Provide staff and clients with periodic updates on the closing process via email or telephone. Skills required: – Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat – Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook Calendar – Experience with Stellar MLS and Chime CRM a plus In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience with similar clients, including a one-minute audio self-introduction.
