We are looking for someone that can: -Make cold calls and take inbound calls and other inbound leads. -Set Appointments/Create Schedule -Coordinate Transactions from beginning to end including but not limited to writing purchase agreements, making sure all documents are accounted for to meet compliance standards, communicating with all parties involved throughout the transaction and getting the transaction to the closing table. -Monitor Ad campaigns. -Schedule Vendor Appointments and Inspections. -Manage External Communication
