I will be in need of a great full time Real Estate virtual assistant. 30-40 hours a week. There will be many things you will need to be good at and have at least 1 or 2 years experience in Real estate Virtual Assisting and phone sales/lead generation 1. You will need to speak English fluently with very little accent and Spanish (Central or South America preferred language and time zone) I will call you a time or 2 before I hire you. 2. You will be following up with marketing leads and talking to potential customers and prescreening them to set appointments for me 3. Managing my CRM and data mining to get more contacts 4. Managing some emails and content and marketing is a plus 5. Making cold calls to homeowners to see if they would like to sell their home 6. Managing reviews and some social media 7. Random tasks relating to real estate transaction and sales, after a couple months I could even have you help with some paperwork Pay: $4-5 an hour based on experience. I will also include bonuses for example when an appointment was successful ($5-15) or I close/sale a home ($100-250) We will be a great team and I will do my very best to help you be successful and make some good money. I’m located in Orange County, California Looking Start time would be mid-end of April
