We are looking for a Recruitment Admin Assistant! INDEPENDENT FREELANCERS ONLY – NO AGENCY applications please We’re a people engagement company that identifies and matches opportunities for salespeople. As our Recruitment Admin Assistant you will be responsible for supporting our overall business operation. You will be working hand in hand with our Operations Director to identify opportunities in improving efficiency of our operations and will be involved in several administrative tasks across all departments. Duties include but not limited to: + Assist Operation Director on necessary company operations tasks -Arranging meeting links -Taking Minutes of the meeting -Review and overlook how the business can be efficient and improve quality for our clients as well our internal team. -Assist and come up with continuous improvement ideas. -Ensure individual tasks for each staff member are updated on clickup and set new tasks when required. Follow up on progress for tasks to ensure they hit the deliverable date. + Assist on updating Team Calendar and scheduling meetings for the team + Deploy necessary team announcements via email or Slack + Serve as Liaison between team and clients + Support Marketing team on social media posting and maintenance -Quality check contents before posting -Ensuring scheduled posts are set + Support Recruitment team on: -Daily numbers reporting -Job posting on all channels -Reporting results on Slack -Responding to Chatbots We are looking for someone with: + At least 2 years of proven Recruitment Admin Assistant experience, preferably in a recruitment/marketing company. + Lean six sigma certification (preferred but not desired) + Must have excellent English communication skills +Self-motivated and Keen to details + Familiarity on the following platforms/tools: Slack, Microsoft Office, Microsoft One Drive, Google Suite, ClickUp, any CRM or ATS systems (preferred but not required) + Can demonstrate good organization and attention to details Full-time, Long-term contract Work Schedule: Maximum 38hrs per week. Ideally work 7 to 7.30hrs Monday to Friday & 2hrs on Saturday & Sunday Work time: 9am-4/5pm UK time Please start your proposal by naming your favorite Fruit so that we know you’ve read it thoroughly, failure to do so will result in immediate rejection.
