Hello there – we are looking for a part-time and remote LOGISTICS COORDINATOR for our production company. We shoot commercials for eCommerce brands ranging from lifestyle video to scripted anchor ad shoots. Has potential to become a full-time role if you get the hang of it. We need a reliable partner who can help us coordinate booking talent, booking shoot locations, and handling logistics for incoming clients to ensure our videography team is able to show up to a scene with all details taken care of ahead of time. You will be primarily responsible for: a) communicating with local talent & talent agencies to book actors for projects. b) creating slideshows of talent & location options for shoots. c) communicating with location hosts (AirBnb, VRBO) to ensure shoot hours & negotiating price. d) helping to purchase props + post casting calls to Backstage.com d) responding with actors ahead of event to share logistics including pay, address, and shoot details. e) remaining organized with scheduling for the administrative team We have written out instruction manuals for each and every role, including what to say, how to negotiate, and how to source. You will get on-hands experience with negotiation, creative process, logistics, and workflow communication. Must have perfect english, strong communication skills, able to problem-solve without direction, and most of all, be a team player no matter what the challenge in front of us is.
