Work 4-7 PM EST Thurs-Sat + unpaid time if they wish 100 Dials/day 8 apts/wk (minimums) $2 Bonus pay for weekly coaching session $1 Bonus for every 50 calls made after the mandatory 300/wk $125 Bonus for every lead that is successfully converted Training is 3/hr & 2 hrs/day for 5 days (after passing script test) Pay $14 bonus for passing script test they have a week or 3 attempts to pass test The Job Requires the call agent to make outbound follow up calls to backlog leads.
